I have been to every victory match apart fromt the big one vs sydney fc on the 8th. Lots of people are talking about maybe a tasmanian team entering the a-league and how it would have a good fan base and interest down there. Dutch super agent Rob Jansen - whose A-list clientele includes Ruud van Nistelrooy, Henrik Larsson, Edgar Davids and Dirk Kuyt - arrived in Brisbane at the end of last week to run the rule over his potential investment. Jansen, who also owns a substantial stake in Dutch first division club ADO Den Haag, watched Saturday night's match against Adelaide United, and will also stay for this Friday's match against league leaders Melbourne Victory - for which Roar will be without Miron Bleiberg, who resigned as coach yesterday. Jansen has brought former Dutch international Danny Blind with him on his scouting mission, which will focus more on a planned overhaul of Australia's youth development system than on first-team matters. It is believed Football Federation Australia is considering having each A-League club set up its own academy, and Jansen is keen to use Queensland as a future pipeline of talent. Blind, who is out of work but is still being paid after being sacked as coach of Ajax Amsterdam at the end of last season, will provide Jansen with technical advice before a final decision is made. It is believed there is a five per cent stake available in Queensland Roar, which is run as a separate entity to the Queensland Lions Social Club. The Roar have been looking for investors since the start of the A-League, and at the start of this season almost sold a shareholding to English Premier League side Everton before the deal fell through at the last minute. It has to be a worry though when Mori is the leading striker -- again and again. It shows a true picture of Australian Football - we don't have a decent finisher , the best around coming through are probably Williams - the QLD kid at Bromby - Burns from Adelaide and maybe Holman . Look who will play against Ghana - Aloisi-and maybe Sterjovski if he plays 2 up , Viduka Kennedy Out . Maybe i am wrong but i can't see any of our current strikers winning to many games for us.
