Just a quick congratulations to you Blackjack also , the Blog you have created , whilst causing concern , no doubt to a number of administrators both at Board, management and club level , has created lively debate on issues relative to Tasmanian Football.

It is very obvious that FFT are monitoring the blog , especially if you are to read issues such as Elite player funding.

I fully support the fact that you have allowed contributors to remain anonymous ,and at the same time refused to identify yourself .

All the best for 2007

Noted with interest the sports Calender for 2007, well done to FFT on providing the dates for the new season, however it was with great disappointed i read the National Sports Calender - what has happened to the A. League, Asian Championships, and the new Asian club championships? Football doesn't rate a mention, how typical of the Hobart Mercury, over the years we have continually seen Walter's articles decimated - does the sports editor even know Football exists? Maybe we should send him the articles in his paper about 50,000 people attending a league game at telstra dome, "Football as you have never seen it before" is here to stay! how do you get through the roadblocks continually put up especially by the written press to denigrate our game in Tasmania???
