  3. CA,

Perhaps you could get a hold of a camera, acquire some filming skills, record a game and send Mr Video some footage down? I’m sure he’d appreciate it. You may even get on the credits? Imagine the fame?

  4. I might just try that!

CA…Mr Video assures me he will be doing both ends of the state but it will no be on a equal basis but as a ‘as able’ basis due to the fact all guys involved are working with no remuneration. If funding can be obtained that will allow a more equal share I;m sure it will be done. You have had some decent football in the Asia Cup though and the EPL is about to start so I’m sure your subscription will not go to waste. :-) BJ

  5. we cant even get a preview of the weekend game from anyone up north, yet they want southerners to film their games for them — typical of those north of oatlands. :-D

  6. Hi … I will be in Somerset to film the statewide cup on the 11 august and I will try to do another game on the 18 august in Launceston, I can assure you I have not forgotten the north of the state, but with next season and with some funding there will be more games captured for the show . Thanks to everyone who has supported the show, perhaps as a suggestion if one game every week next year could be moved under lights on the mid-week, and every second Saturday we could film up north this would give exposure for the north of the state every week on the show for next year this could be a possibility…..may be something to look at.
    Mr Video

Mr Video, just by way of suggestion…can you please not use uppercase or capital letters in ordinary discussion as in computer chat this is seen as yelling or screaming. :-) Cheers BJ

  11. Sj, I normally do a brief report for the masses but this weekend I had far too much to do for our home game, my work and alike, I would actually be happy to help out with the filming of games, but as you can appreciate, as I am a committee member of NRFC, the games would only ever involve them! and this would attract debate Im sure, however, whould MrVideo like to contact me I would be happy to look into the situation!
    .
NRFC Vs Launceston Reserve scores 0-0 (But this was all that was required to win the title, and Rangers Reserves have put their first peice of senior silverware in the cabinet! well done boys

  13. I shall back the Shark up on this one! Winston, you are obviously new to this polite conversational part of the web! This is not a place to crow and gloat, get youself a Forum for that! this is a place for conversation, scores and information about our great game!
    .
A modest admission that your team won is all that is required! after all there was no points last week from NRFC alearting the masses that we had all but ended your clubs hopes of catching the Set with a 1-0 win over ya!
    .
Good luck this weekend Sharky, looking forward to the challenge up there. always a good fight between the two!
