		<description>The fact remains that, while I do believe that some of our referees are too quick to blow for handball, the players must understand that the view they have of the incident and that of the referee will often be completely different. Players need to give the ref a break when the decision doesn't go their way, the ref needs to give a clear indication that he has seen the offence and is NOT going to blow for it with a clear play-on and referees need to maintain concentration on what they see and not be influenced by the appealing.</description>

		<description>Sothern Tasmanian referees viewed a presentation on this topic last month - and the "unnatural" position was discussed. A number of video clips from UEFA matches were shown and the UEFA referees committee assessment was advised. Notably there was more than one instance where it was emphasisied that it depended upon the view that the referee (and / or assistant referee ) had of the incident.</description>
